Please register your team for the 2021 Walk for Life by providing your Team Name, Organization Name, Team Captain contact information and a Tagline or Theme statement for your team. Be sure to review our 2021 Walk for Life Team Captain Guidelines for important details as you build your team.

Registering your team will allow your walkers to easily find your team on the walker registration page.

Here’s an example:

Team Name: Heroes for Life

Organization: Justice League

Tagline: I will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.
